Established in 1988, Potzu Forging is a professional cold forming factory in Taiwan. We devoted ourselves to the development of piston pin cold forming technology in our early years and has thus become the largest piston pin blank supplier in Taiwan.
During 1988 to 2009, as the number of our machines increased, our product portfolio had expanded accordingly to cover automotive parts, hand tools, construction hardware, machine parts and special fasteners.
In 2009, to provide our customers with better service, Potzu Forging set up a CNC turning factory and international sales department in Potzu Industrial Park.
Formers in our factory are 5 to 6 station formers with cutoff capability up to 44mm. We are experienced in forming carbon steel, alloy steel, and 400 series stainless steel.
To keep up with high production formers, our CNC turning factory is designed to be a highly automated factory that runs 24/7. All machines are equipped with auto-loading system. For parts which need to be fed in a particular direction, we use vibratory bowl feeders to orient parts, which will effectively eliminate wrong-direction loading caused by manual operation.
Our inspection and testing facilities include Profile Projector, Hardness Tester, Profilometer, Surface Roughness Tester, Concentricity Measuring Device, Torque Testing Machine, Fatigue Testing Machine, and Salt Spray Test Machine.
By the vertical integration of cold forming and CNC turning, we are able to eliminate potential machining quality issue during the phase of designing forging blank. Potzu believes our continuous effort and devotion definitely make us your most reliable and valuable partner.
